We hope you love your purchase from Stella and Haven! However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. So, we gladly accept returns up that are postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order. We are unable to accept returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you received your package. ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED 35% OR MORE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ALL ORDERS WITH A FREE GIFT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED AS A FINAL SALE ITEM ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
To make a return:
- Make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached and are in the original packaging
- Place your order slip in with your return and please fill out the return section accordingly (if the order slip is not with your return, we are unable to properly identify the customer and therefore are unable to process a refund)
- Package your return accordingly as Stella and Haven Boutique is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. It is also recommended that the customer gets a tracking number for their return package as we are not held responsible for lost packages.
- Please note: ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE ONLY AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. ALL ITEMS MARKED 50% OFF OR HIGHER ARE FINAL SALE ONLY AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. ALL PURCHASES PAID WITH STELLA AND HAVEN REWARDS DISCOUNTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- ALL returns that do not follow our return policy will be rejected and will be sent back to the customer at their expense

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will then process a refund. Your refund then will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within seven days.
If you have made a return and haven't received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:
- Contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take time on their end before your refund is officially posted in your account.
- If you have done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only sale items that are discounted 34% or less are eligible for return. ALL clearance items will be FINAL SALE.
Due to constantly changing inventory we are unfortunately not able to process exchanges at this time. Once your return is processed you may use your refund to re-purchase an item if it is still in stock.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code with the refund amount will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
